Iftaar Yummies: Aloo Chaat

Oooooohh, doesnt that look tempting. Haha >.< sorry.

Anyways, Im back with another food related post. If you dont know what Aloo Chaat is, its basically potatoes mixed with other vegetables and spices. Super yummy and very simple to make.

Ingredients:

6 boiled potatoes.

2 tomatoes

1 onion

Tamarind Chutney

Chaat Masala

A large can of Chickpeas

Instructions:

1: So first you want to cook your chickpeas in a big pot. Once there done set them aside to cool off.

2: Peel and dice up the potatoes and boil them until they’re soft, also, dice up your tomatoes and onions

3. Grab a big bowl and mix it all the vegetables together.

4: Water down the chutney and add around 2 glasses of this to your dish.

5: Season with Chaat masala. This depends on your taste, I put in 3 large tablespoons of this because I used large ingredients.

6: Now cover it up and place it in the fridge until Iftaar, or if your not fasting, you can eat it right away.
